Sunway GroupMade the Leobubu. Stocked the flagship.
/ The Brief
A flagship mascot, made physical.
Sunway Pyramid wanted to extend their Leobubu mascot into a flagship retail moment. Not a sticker. Not a plush. A premium bag that customers would actually use and that would live on shop shelves alongside lifestyle product.
The constraint: launch-ready quality from a name that hadn’t been productised before, on a flagship-mall timeline.
How we built it
We took the IP into our in-house industrial design team and translated it into a manufacturable bag form. Pattern design, material selection, and sample reviews back-and-forth with Sunway’s brand team.
Sourcing went to one of our trusted overseas manufacturers — small-batch capable, quick on revisions, high-end finishing.
Final QC ran in our Bukit Maluri warehouse. Every unit was inspected before it shipped to the Sunway Pyramid floor.
