Kimberly-Clark runs annual premium and gifting programs that touch some of the most regulated product categories in retail — baby, hygiene, family.
Every piece has to clear food-contact, child-safe, and retail-compliant labeling reviews before it can ship. The brief: deliver premium-grade product that passes every compliance gate the first time.
How we built it
We built a compliance-first sourcing workflow specifically for K-C. Material certificates, AQL inspection, batch traceability, and labeling reviewed against the destination market before tooling ever opened.
The relationship runs across multiple campaign cycles. We’ve shipped premiums and gifting product across multiple SEA markets, every batch with QC records and compliance documentation attached.
